1. No Refund Policy
At Volgrox, we provide instant access to premium features and AI processing capabilities upon subscription. Because of the digital nature of our services and the immediate costs associated with AI neural analysis, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
By upgrading to a premium tier, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your subscription.
3. Service Disruptions
In the event of significant service disruptions or technical failures on our part that prevent you from using the tools you paid for, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit or extensions to your subscription.
4. Billing Inquiries
If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized charge, please contact our billing department at billing@volgrox.com within 24 hours of the transaction for an investigation.
